The 2026 ICPA (Qld) State Conference is held in Atherton on 4–5 June 2026, bringing together passionate and dedicated members from across Queensland. Representing a diverse array of families living in rural and remote areas, ICPA (Isolated Children’s Parents’ Association) members are united by a shared commitment to ensuring equitable access to quality education for every child, regardless of geographical location.
Many of the families involved have children in preschool, attend boarding schools, or rely on Schools of Distance Education. Their advocacy, collaboration, and determination are vital in addressing the unique challenges faced by students in isolated communities.
