The 2026 LSODE production Gross Busters: The Monster Musical will journey from the outback stage of the Longreach Civic Centre to the bright lights of the Queensland Performing Arts Centre in Brisbane, where students will perform in the Playhouse Theatre.
Every two years, students from across rural and remote Queensland come together to create, perform and shine—demonstrating that distance is no barrier to opportunity, connection, or excellence.
For many students—some living on cattle and sheep stations or in small, isolated communities—this experience is far more than a performance. It is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to step onto a world-class stage and be part of something truly extraordinary.
The Winchester Foundation is proud to provide sponsorship for this amazing production, supporting students as they bring their talent, creativity and determination to life on stage.
